Jessalyn scored a great recurring role (I’ll say, it is for all eight episodes that they’ll be shooting - can you say, “Regular?”)  as Patty Hong on ABC’s new comedic drama series “Scoundrels."   ABC Studios will shoot the series “Scoundrels” in New Mexico. Shooting for the first eight episodes will begin in March 16 and continue through June.

“Scoundrels,” based on the New Zealand series "Outrageous Fortune," is set for an eight-episode run in the summer.  It is a show about a family of small time crooks who decide to go legit after the patriarch ends up in jail. Virginia Madsen (“The Haunting in Connecticut”) will play the mother, Cheryl, who must take charge and try to keep her kids on the straight and narrow. That is a difficult tasks, given that her son, Cal, falls head-over-heals with the naughty Patty Hong, a mob-boss’ daughter! But given Jessalyn’s beauty and talent, who can blame him!

As you may recall, this talented client of mine has also recently worked with another of my favorite clients, Desi Lydic, when they did the web series, “Fresh Takes” together with Alicia Keys. (See Client Entry entitled: Desi’s got me Dissy) On that show, Jessalyn played Lizzie: The "lost" friend struggling to find who she is and what she wants to do with her life.  Jessalyn also had a blast on "Life on Mars" staring Jason O'Mara as Detective Sam Tyler, when she played “Sweet Jane” in the episode

"Let All the Children Boogie".   Originally from Canada, Jessalyn Wanlim began the recurring role of Rachael on All My Children in 2006, before moving to Los Angeles.

Our heartiest congrats, Jessalyn!!
